1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all painting and related services provided by Ecua Landscaping & Construction LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting an estimate, booking a service, or using our website or services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

2. Estimates & Proposals

All written or verbal estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Changes in scope, materials, or site conditions may result in an updated estimate or change order. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

3. Scheduling & Access

Project start dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis once a deposit is received (if required). The client must provide clear access to the property, including areas to be painted, electrical outlets, and water if needed. Any delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedule will be clearly stated in the estimate or invoice (e.g., deposit plus final payment). Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur fees, and unpaid balances may be sent to collections if necessary.

5. Materials & Workmanship

We use high-quality, professional-grade paints and materials unless otherwise specified. Our workmanship is guaranteed for a period of one year against peeling, blistering, or chipping due to application defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by structural issues, water intrusion, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Remove or protect furniture, décor, and valuables prior to the start of work, or authorize us to do so at your risk. Ensure pets and children stay clear of the work area. Notify us of any known issues such as lead paint, mold, or structural damage.

7. Changes & Cancellations

Changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing and may affect pricing and completion time. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable if work or materials have already been purchased.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ecua Landscaping & Construction LLC is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the contracted work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or future issues unrelated to our work.

9. Safety & Compliance

We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations. The client agrees to provide a safe work environment free from hazards.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (or the state where the project is performed if outside Washington). Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request and will apply to future projects.
